Your use of the Thatbeachshop.com.au website and purchase of the products from it means that you do agree to these terms and conditions.
You can order products in the following ways:
When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you have placed an order online we will send you an email confirmation that we have received it.
This email confirmation is produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.
We will check the availability and contact you with a further email or phone call if any items are not available and either place on backorder or process a refund if required.
That Beach Shop may cancel any order and not supply if it is deemed reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion.
If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
The price for each product is shown on Thatbeachshop.com.au in Australia Dollars and includes G.S.T at 10%.
Whilst we always try to ensure the prices on Thatbeachshop.com.au are accurate, errors may occur.
If we make an error in pricing of the products in your order we will let you know as soon as possible using your supplied contact details. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do cancel your order, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
We have a fixed price of $14.95 shipping for each order.
Furniture is not included in the fixed rate. Please contact us to provide a shipping cost before placing your order.
You can also contact us via email or telephone to obtain an Express Post quotation for your order.
You must pay for your order before it is dispatched and order will be dispatched within 2 days of payment being received.
You can do so by credit card, Paypal or Afterpay
Payment is processed when you commit to buy and process your order online.
