That Beach Shop opened its doors in 2015 in Woolgoolga on the Mid-North Coast of NSW to meet the needs of the growing community and tourists.
The owners Wayne & Karen Brown moved to the area in 2013 from the northern beaches of Sydney as part of a seachange. Both being beach lovers and Wayne a longboarder from way back, the vision was to provide a range of coastal homewares and gifts at affordable prices.
The shop provides a relaxed shopping experience with chilled music playing in the background, calming coastal colours and unique coastal homewares.
Yes. We try to keep as much in stock as possible and the delivery process as fast as possible. If by some chance we are out of stock of an item this is normally shown on the website. But if on the odd chance the stock hasn’t updated before you place an order and that item is out of stock, we will notify you asap.
At this point in time we are only delivering within Australia And. But this is something we are working on, so keep checking in for updates or email us with your destination so we can prioritise.
We do have a shopfront in Woolgoolga NSW where you can view all items.
Otherwise, we are happy to send further pictures and/or information of any item to help in your decision-making process.
All orders will be dispatched from Coffs Harbour within 1-2 days of your order and payment being received. Please allow a few more days during peak periods. If you require Express Delivery please email us to arrange and provide costs.
In the event that you order an item that is currently out of stock we will contact you to give you the choice of a refund or backorder. Backorder means that your item will be sent to you as soon as it arrives back in stock.
We will replace or refund any item that is received damaged or faulty, however we do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged we must be notified via email or telephone within 72 hours of receipt of stock. We may ask for the damaged item to be returned to us for inspection and if so we will pay for the delivery cost.
